Sportrac Instrument Cluster?

Does anyone know if the Sportrac instrument cluster will work in 95 up Explorers? It looks like it will physically fit, but I wasn't sure if the hook up is the same.

I know espnfreak did it in his 96 but i dont know about 95 since the OBD 1/ OBD 2 switch.
