Spring Shackles

On my explorer suspension lift, (6 Inches), can i just add blocks or do i have to change shackles as well?

what kind of lift do you have on it? normally Explorer leafs are under the axle, so blocks will lower the truck. They'll raise it if you do the SOA, spring over axle conversion. Shackles will raise the truck either way, the Warrior shackles give 1.5-2".

Right now it is stock. I will be putting a 6" lift on it next month. If i put the axle under the springs, do i have to change the shaclkes? Is it required that i change the shackles?

no, not unless you want some more lift in addition to the SOA.
