I haven't been on here in a while as I the old Explorer doesn't get used much anymore. I noticed the last few times I've had it out that there is a squeaking sound coming from the front drive shaft where it comes out of the transfer case. This is only noticable when I'm going in reverse. Is it possible that the universal joint is bad or possibly that the slip yoke needs to be lubed?
