Awful squeaking noise from front driver side

Hi all,

I'm almost sure, it comes from here (wheel suspension?):

I tried to spray with "Liquid Wrench with Teflon", and it seemed to help, but the squeaking noise came back after a short time. Any tip of how to get rid of this annoyance would be much appreciated.

Replace lower ball joints. Both sides as the other one will soon follow.

I agree to replace the lower ball joints on both sides. Also, check the sway bar links and bushings.
