Squeak in dash near glove box..

Sum this up:
-98 sport
-Got a squeaking sound (not grinding, not clunking, just a squeak that got progressively worse since the summer and cant ignore anymore)
-Comming from behind/under/or on the side of the glove box.
-Took everything out of the glove box(still there), Folded the glove box out (still there), the the glove box out (still there)
-With the glove box out i searched and searched for anything loose... theres nothing losse back there- everything secure. Check in the engine compartment right behind the dash too and it seems ok.

Any ideas? (besides turning up the radio! )

Could be the dash. You can use teflon tape on the dash tabs and that might stop it. Or it could be the glove box itself. The glove box has to be mounted, it's mounting tabs or however it's mounted can get teflon taped.
