squeak/thump noise somewhere in the front suspension

04 xlt 4wd
have this thump/squeak noise coming from the front ONLY WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS. it drives me nuts
can't tell it it is left or right side.
will replacing the sturts fix it or could it be something else?

sounds like the radious arm bushings replace those and check that crossmember that holds the arms for cracks that happened to mine. do not use wd40 to make it stop it will get worse. learned that the hard way hunting with my dad

it is the sway bar bushings. the two in the middle that bolt to the subframe.

bushings are no more then 40$ from the ford shop.
