Problem developed today. I was driving and got pushed from the shoulder towards incoming traffic like I had been hit be a big gust of wind, happened a couple of times.
I also noticed that when I turn to the right there is a squeak that sounds like it's coming from the passenger side. I know how deceptive sounds can be, so I'm not sure if it's actually coming from that side. I noticed a few other thread suggesting a potential issue with tie rods [ends] and sway bars. I haven't taken it to a mechanic yet, since this is an issue that just started this afternoon.

I'll elaborate on anything if I was unclear, but any advice is appreciated. I will be taking it to a couple shops tomorrow and get it looked at.

Yeah your best bet is to take it to a shop. But it sounds like a tierod or ball joint has failed or is failing from the description. If either have failed it could cause the tire on that side to go out of alignment causing a pull to one side. A swaybar or link that is broken will not cause a pull to one side. If it is a tierod or ball joint and it completely fails you could lose stearing. Could also be somethine else a shop will be much quicker to diagnose it and fix it.

If you would post back with what the problem is it could help someone else down the line.
