squeal coming from front right wheel

Help, front right wheel, high pitched squeal, must be going over 5mph. Ive replaced brake pads this was not it, If I put grease around where the spindle comes into the hub it quits for a few miles then starts again. I dont see anything rubbing or any marks from rubbing.

Bad dust boot cover/hub seal probably. There was an issue with these in '98-'99. They'd start squealing, especially in cold weather.
