If anyone can help me here i would much appreciate it!

The past week while stopped at a red light my Explorer keeps acting like its going to stall...revving down and back up again. Today it finally stalled out 3 times on my way home. Now before checking spark plugs and all that(since its not an easy job on my truck) is there any other explanation to this? Or anything I can test to see what the problem may be?:(

Mine did the same thing. I cleaned the Idle Air Control Valve and it did the trick.

This thread helped me out a great deal with this problem.

First have the codes checked and local parts house.
I would check vacuum lines for damage and upper & lower intake manifolds for leaks with a bottle of carb cleaner. Spray the vacuum lines & manifold (upper & lower) with the engine running and check for a change in idle.
The IAC motor on the manifold is the next stop remove clean and install. If IAC is really dirty replace.
But it sounds like a vacuum leak.
