Stand Alone ECU and Wiring Harness?

We are using a 5.0 from an Explorer to build a Ranger race truck and we don't need all the factory smog stuff, so we are looking for a stand alone ECU and wiring harness.

I called FAST and the EZ retrofit kit only works with Mustang 5.0s with distributors...

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
