I've been having an issue when starting the engine. In the mornings and evenings the engine starts fine. During the middle of the day the engine takes a while to crank. The motor turns but it has taken as long as 4-5 seconds to ignite. I thought it may be a bad fuel pump but I'm not having any problems driving it at higher speeds. It did it after I replaced the fuel filter as well. This is weird. What is causing this?
