I happened to be going outside at the same time my neighbor was yesterday and I started my car via the Bulldog remote start. Next thing I know my neighbor jumps in with "It's you!". I was like huh? Well apparently his remote stopped working and now my remote is starting his van!

I'm going to call Bulldog about this today but this is completely unacceptable. Luckilly he parks outside but if it were in the garage people could die as a result of this. I've had a few issues with the Bulldog remote starter but this is the last straw - I'll never get one again.

I'll post with updates.

wow... youd think it had code learning technology in it....

Arrg. Well I called Bulldog and went through the menus to speak to a live representative. Option #9 was "Please disconnect the call" instead of the "Speak to a technician" as they stated

Going through another menu I was able to get to someone who answered the phone "Hello?". Well I explained my issue and he gave me the reset proceedure that my neighbor has to perform on the unit. No apologies for a joke of a product or tech support. In all fairness mine was only $75 but I think I would rather spend more money and get a good one for my next car.

Could be worse. I'm told the door sensors or alarm or something at Sears used to unlock all the Pontiacs and Cadillacs parked out front....

Buy junk get junk

Pay for what you get I guess. I dropped off the instructions on how to fix it with my neighbor so hopefully he'll take care of it.

Mine works fine on my 1995 P71 Crown Vic.
