Starting over

Having driven only Fords all my life, first one 1949 flathead, this explorer is going to be a learning exp. I still have my 1967 1ton duel, flatbed. Points and dist! No computer or chips. But I know that with a little work, I will show the nonbelivers what she can do. !996 XLT 4.0 and auto 4x4. But, with a web site like this one, I will geter done. Kicking 60 years old in the butt, don't bend as I use to. Just hard to get over not being able to tune on it. I am going to try to open up the exhaust with duels. I hope it will help. I have never seen so many controls for a engine in my life! They have one for everything. Don't know what most of them do, but I am getting there. You can bet I will be asking a lot of questions. What is?
