Starting problems for my 99 sport

How the He!! did you get that fuel filter off. I got the clips off but can't get the sum of a b**ch off.

The side of the fuel filter that goes to the rear of the truck came of with ease, the front was a PITA. We cut the filter off and used a dental pick type tool to pry the little locking mechanisms in the line out to disconnect what was left of the filter piping. If this at all helps. Another way is to buy a tool specifically designed for it I guess. That wasn't an option for me since I already started taking my truck apart.
