When the engine is hot my 94 explorer will sometimes not start. It seems like it is not getting any fuel. When i let it sit for 10 mins. or so it seems to start up and run fine. This has been happening for about 3 months. I just replaced the fuel pump and filter the other day, I thought i fixed the problem but it happened again. Any Ideas? What about the fuel pressure regulator?

Thanks

That is one of the reasons i got rid of my Explorer. Just like yours '94 with the same starting problem. I fixed it one time, but then it came back. Check your battery cables. The could be corroded, especially around the place where it is grounded to the frame. It cost me $52 for the battery cables, since it looked like a wiring harness. Give it a try. I don't see why it could hurt anything, you may even need ones anyway.
