Steering rack leaking - advice?

The dust boot on the driver's side of the steering rack is leaking pwr steering fluid. Not a big leak but it's all wet with fluid which appears to be coming from the inside of the boot. I assume a seal is failing inside the the rack.

Anyone had this problem? How big of a job to put new rack in?

Yes the rack is non-serviceable. From rockauto.com the complete rack is 132.12 but there is a 125.00 core charge on the old one. Sorry I can't help with install but it definitely looks like an involved job judging from what the Haynes manual says.

I will pick up the new rack and a PS pump on Thursday. BTW, locally thru CarQuest the rack costs $135 and the pump $57. The parts house will also loan me the pulley puller for the pump.
