I first would like to say THANK YOU to everyone brave enough to post a question, and thank you to the fine motor heads that have answered these questions to the best of the knowledge.

The threads I have read over the last 6 months have been so helpful. I have to say the last one I used was today..the VACUM OCTOPUS..the upper intake vacum niples if you will...the pictrue outlineing were are all the lines go was PERFECT.

Please keep the questions coming..becasue I am a new member..and love motors and how they work, and having somewere I can go to get help.
Best forum out there..and thank you for every one driving fords.

Thanks again.

Man I love your enthusiasm.

I am getting ready to do a complete A/C change out...new condenser/ dryer /orphase / 134 / compressor and all...
My question:
In regards to the compressor, the compressor already comes with Oil in it...is 4.06oz standard for the mount of oil that your supposed to leave in a new compressor. I read another post were it stated measure the amount that came out of our old compressor...a good thought, but if your old one is cooked...with that logic still apply. I am looking for a step by step instruction outline...or a link with step by step instructions. Got all mt parts from Advanced....

Which site...this ford Forum site or a different one...can ya hook me up with the link..
I just installed the evap / blower box. Man they do not leave much room under the hood once you put the A/C system in...it is TIGHT...
Last think on my to do list is the heater core. Man I will tell ya...I think I rather do head gasket, upper intake and lower intake gaskets before doing the heater core...UGH.
OK...I am still learning how to navigate around on this site.
