Sticks closed I assume? Remove and thoroughly clean the throttle body especially around the throttle plate.

If you've messed with the throttle plate stop screw in an effort to reduce the idle, you may now have the throttle plate sticking in the bore.

while I am driving ill step on the gas and mash it to go....then its like 0-60.

If you've cleaned the throttle body as Koda suggests and iit still does it, look under the dash where the gas pedal bracket mounts to the firewall. The rivets can break loose and let the bracket move around, which in turn causes the pedal to stick. If this is the problem, you can drill out the rivets and replace them with small bolt/nut combinations. Good luck.
