Hello ALL!! First off, what a Great Site & Forums here!! I have a stock '94 EB 4-door w/original Premium Stereo. I've located the amp in the pass. kick pannel, where would the sub be if I had one? Would I have to have the JBL system to have sub? I'm trying to install a Kenwood CD receiver in place of the original radio. #1. Should I determine whether I have an amplified Kenwood CD receiver so I do not overload the Ford Amp (and use an amp bypass?) #2. Does any aftermarket supplier have a wiring harness that I could just plug 'n play the Kenwood into my EX-E.B.? #3. Three of the four door speakers are blown, I believe they're 6x8's, any recomendations on replacements without breaking the bank? and finally #4. Thanks in advance for any tips and hints!!

You have to have a JBL system to have the sub, if you have a storage compartment in on the back right panel then you do not have a stock sub.

answer to #1: just bypass the amp your new reciever will be pushing more power than
the factory amp

answer to #2: any place that sells car audio stuff sells harnesses, even walmart does. they are color coded all you do is match up the wires on the new radio to the harness and either crimp or solder the connections.

answer to #3: for speakers you can get Pioneer TS-A6870R 's i bought mine at walmart for about $60 a pair, they are made for fords and mazdas so they fit, all you have to do is unscrew the old ones and screw the new ones in.
