2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer stereo questions

I have the above SUV and I wanted to mount a Pioneer Avic-D3 into the dash. The existing stereo is the Audiophile, I believe. It has the 6disc indash MP3 changer with aux-in and sub in the back. Does anyone know what wiring harness and dash kit are best in this situation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

Use the Metra 2004+ F150 kit (95-5812) as it is cleaner than the Scoshe kit.
Harness would be 70-5521 from Metra or Scosche FDK13B
Either way, you MUST get the RCA-level plug if you plan to use the little factory sub.
