stock 4.0 and lift/tire questons

I am currently running a stock 4.0 in my 96 XLT auto and am looking to run a lift and larger tires.

My question to you'all is what size lift / tires would be okay for a stock 4.0 with 105k on it without going over board and bogging her down?

Not sure about the 96 but my 94 4.0 with 33's and 3.27 gearing runs ok except for uphill driving. With these gears I need to upgrade them. It all depends on your stock gearing.

i have a 96 4.0 with intake/exhaust running 31s and 2" of lift with 3:73s faster then stock from seat of the pants feel.

I have a 3" lift with 33's and 184,000 on my stock 4.0 shoc and shes still drives like a champ with more than adequate power
