I've been searching for some rims for my Explorer and have found some Rims off of a a couple of J**ps.

"For the record I presently live in Saudi Arabia so buying new rims and shipping them over here is out of the question." Extremely Expensive!

What is the stock rim width for J**ps?

The junkyards here are trying to tell me that the rims wont fit my Explorer. Which I know is BS. (I've been swapping rims around letting some friends use mine as a spare when there went south.) They have no idea what is going on. So I've been searching for My Rims in a friends Cherokee don't want to confuse them too much.

How do you measure the width of a rim?
I know how to measure the Back spacing.

I've been finding some used rims at decent prices but the widths have not been the same.
I know that Cherokees, Wranglers, Grand Cherokees the same pattern as explorers 5 x 4.5?
But are the widths the same?

I know back spacing might vary from the different J**ps.

I've found some rims that look like Outlaws, just want to ensure they will fit ok!

Thanks for all the help!!!!

Wranglers, as far as i know are 5x4.5 at 15x7s i think, and i believe Rubicons are 17in rims

How do you measure the width of a rim?

i believe some of the 92 and up came with 15x8

Most wheel diameters and widths are plainly printed on the back. With a tire on a rim, it is difficult to determine width by measuring, just look at the back of the wheel.
