Stock MAF and TB questions ??

I'm still trying to find out what the sizes (diameters in mm) are for the stock MAF and Throttle body units.

Does anyone know for a fact what these the sizes are ?? And for what engine (4.0L or 5.0L) ??

i know for a fact the 5.0 has a 65mm throttle body, dont know about the mass air though.
