Stock rear controls controlling aftermarket head unit

Anyone know of any aftermarket head units that the rear controls can still manage?

My changer died and I was thinking of replacing the head unit but I want to retain the functionality of the rear controls on the back of the center console...

Try doing a search on it. I remember reading a thread on the subject not long ago. It's probably possible, but will take alot of effort.
