My Sport has the stock 2 seat rear seats, did they make any 2dr's with 3 across rears?? Could I swap a 4d rear seat into my 2d sport? I know that the Sports are shorter by almost a foot, but I think it's just as wide....Any ideas?

All of the 2 door/Sports came with 50/50 split rear seats. They are only shorter in the back, but the rear floor pans are different so a 60/40 seat from a 4 door isn't a direct swap, you'll be doing some drilling and fab work to make the brackets fit.

Personally I love the 50/50 split seats, I dislike the 60/40 both visually and functionally.

If you have a need for securing 3 passengers with seatbelts, I think it would be less hassle to get seatbelt extenders to allow the middle clips to go out and around a middle passenger, and then drill the floor for a single lap belt in the middle.

The 60/40 would probably be more comfortable for 3 adults, but if you have a child in a booster seat or something, using the middle of the 50/50 would be quite simple.
