Stock rims to these?

Hey all, im trying to find a nice rim/tire combo for my 99 sport. It currently has the stock 16's on it, but im ready for some sweet black rims.

While im at it, id like to get a wider tire for the ride and a taller tire for the look, my problem is that i am clueless when it comes to max height before rubbing, and lug offset etc.

So i came here to ask, and i hope my fellow x drivers can help.

Id like something around 30" high and 10" wide.

Is this doable with these rims in a 16x8?

If so, what ones will fit?

The bolt circle and rear spacing, i have no clue about! Can anyone please help?

If everything does fit the way i like, (16x8, 30" high, 10" wide) will it totally kill my mpg?

This is probably the wrong place to post this question since they're all stock. May be the mods can move this to the Modified section for you.

What's the reason for changing tires and rims? Offroading, just a change, or both?
