I was wondering if I got polly bushings for my stock swaybars will it improve the ride? Also is an alignment needed after installing them? Where and what kind to buy?

Why not just go with the beefy Explorer Express rear sway bar ( your front is ok )? The bar comes with poly bushings.

It made a world of difference on my truck.

Good luck......

100% agree:D

I recently installed an EE rear sway bar also. One of the best performance mods I have done.

Hold on guys he asked if it would improve the ride. Please elaborate on what you mean. These sway bars are stiffer and will make the ride more harsh, however they will increase handling somewhat. Same goes for bushings, rubber vs. poly. Also note that ply bushings tend to squeak but they don't wear out.

Remember everything is a tradeoff.

I was talking about the roll of the truck. Will they stiffen up that area. I am getting a boat and dont want the truck rocking back and forth with body roll. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks guys for the replies.

Then poly sway bar bushings are just the thing for you up front. You could also upgrade to a beefier rear bar also as mentioned above.

Great!! I appreciate the advice all of you guys give me.
