02 Sport, good condition, recent plug and wire change.

On colder mornings, 65 and below, my Sport will start, rev as normal, then RPMs drop suddenly and it stalls. This is all in the course of a few seconds. I've done it twice in a row. If I give it gas it catches and drives fine.

Above 65 degrees and it's perfect!

Thoughts?

Maybe dirty or bad IAC? I mentioned that first because it's easier to clean one out with brake or carb cleaner than investigate a leaking intake manifold gasket. Which engine?

Idle air control valve. I'd just order a new one and try it out. I've had poor results cleaning original ones lately.

^ I figured if it is IAC, cleaning and a drop of oil on the shaft (seeped down into the bushing) should at least help for a while, affect some change if it's the problem.
