Strange Speed hand

I don't know if its common or just my luck but when driving if i hit a bump or bounce in a dip, my speed hand will go crazy for second bouncing all over the place.. Anybody ever see this before?

A first for me. Both of my 92s never do that.

Usually a new speedo cable fixes that.

The speedo head is probably getting worn out. My Ranger did that. Only fix was a new head. Salvage yard part unless you want to spend big bucks. Mileage is an issue - so document - and don't forget to change your title when that comes due.

mine does it to, but only when its cold out
