Anyone have the actual TSB for the rear window stuck problem? Here's the info below. I got it unstuck once before by pushing hard on the window but now both rears are stuck and won't work at all. Just wondering if there's an easier fix or if a motor replacement is necessary. Thanks!

I didn't realize there was a TSB.

Mine does that, too. I used to religiously scrub where the rubber meets the glass, then apply something I had, it wasn't silicone, maybe tire dressing. I forget. But as soon as pollen or dust came, one side would jam up. I just gave up using that window!

I'd like to read it as well...

i had the same problem when i had my 03 eddie bauer , would bring it up next day it wouldnt work, had to remove the panel and tap the motor with a hammer for it to work , im suspecting a bad motor , replacement yes , take it apart not that easy to do with out destroying the motor
