I want to get a box and load it with 2 12" subs, 3 or 4 8" speakers and matching door speakers. My question is should I have three amps one for each of the 12's and one for the 3 or 4 8's. or just one big amp to run them all? Also if I go with the three amps what size should I get?:bounce: :redexp: :exp: :yelexp:

you might be better off with two seperate amps. one for the 12s and on for the 8s. or you could get a powerful 4 channel amp and run the 12s off the rear and 8s off the front.

What size amp should I get if I go with the 4 Channel and what is 5/3 Channel amp?

well i dont know how much power your subs can handle and what the impedance is.

a 5 channel amp is just like a 4 channel amp, but it also has a dedicated mono subwoofer channel.
