Check your tire pressures! That's the absolute first and easiest thing that comes to mind.
I monitor my mileage as well in my vehicles and just about every time I've seen a drop in the mileage, it's been because of low tire pressures somewhere. You'd be surprised just how much gas mileage you can lose just by being a few pounds low in each tire.
i check my tires regularly, and i carry the same stuff all the time, the weight only changes when i add gas to the tank haha it has 106k miles i believe. my average was roughly 15 now im lucky to see like 9
