It's the Belkin TuneDock, it's about $25 give or take at Amazon.com. The MyFi... I'm lovin' it. Although I didn't pay the $350 for the unit (was an employee accomodation at CC, got it free for 6mo prepaid service), I'm very happy with it.
The built-in antenna really just sucks, I have to use one of the supplied antennas whether I'm in the car or at home, there's just no other way. The TIVO type recording of 5 hours of music is nice. It lacks alot of features such as only being able to record two blocks of music, can't delete songs, have to listen to it all to hear just one song at the end, it needs alot of work. Although, I will commend on the amount of accessories you get with this thing, very pleased.
I can go more into depth if you have any specific questions.
Marc, you should've waited. Amazon is selling the Tunkdock for $10 plus shipping. I really like the suade headliner and MyFi. BTW, how's the reception?
I just got my 40GB iPod earlier today. It's charging right now but once it's done charging and imported all my music in there, I'm going to my car and install everything else. I'm planning to keep the iPod in the center console and control it via a remote. All the wires will be routed under the center console and wired into my stock system with aux-in. After the install, all you see is the little 1.5" x 1" remote next to the shifter.
2000: Yes, it's black suede. DistinctiveFabric.com for a sheet of 4 yards. Around $40.
Billy: Was given for Christmas, I could careless. Good luck on your install. I take mine everywhere so this was more of use to me.
Interstate: Not at all, very light. With the amount of stuff that holds your headliner in place, I don't think he understands. All the OHCs, hangers, handles and seatbelts pretty much hold it in place. Sagging? I highly, highly doubt it. Hell, expo5.0 has glassed his headliner, you don't think that's heavy? Don't forget you have alot of scatterd compression clips that goes through the headliner into the roof all throughout the middle.
Mm well, let's just say I've switched hosts for good. The HD crashed on the server, and they claim the backup was corrupted, which is horseshit, so I've lost a vast amount of pics of the truck... give me a day or so to get everything back up.
I've lost the majority of my pics, even though I still have around 500 or so sitting on my comp, I picked the best and most up to date ones I can find. Alot easier to work through too.
