suspension lift question

would a '94 ranger suspension lift work on my 94 xlt? arent they the same chasis and suspension? let me know

The front suspension is the same, but depending on the amount of lift you would need new leaf springs, add-a-leaf and/or shackle or a spring over axle conversion in the rear.
