Swap 4405 for 1354 T-case?

'96/'99 V8 to V8 EB
I've got a '96 Exploder Limited with a bad T-case and a '99 Ranger 1354 T-case is the Ranger T-case a direct bolt in and will I need to do anything with the wiring? I did a search but didn't come up with a lot in terms of what I'm up against.
