Beat you at what Jeff, the lift? I don't know if I'm really happy with it. I can't get the 35s to fit with my molding, and these are still some tweaks left to do on the suspension. If your going to do a lift, wait and check out the RCD. I plan on doing an SAS next year when my extended warr. runs out.

xplodor, i have the factory molding too. i took mine off to see what kind of trimming can be done. why cant you remove the modlings, cut away at the fender metal, then replace the molding with new drilled holes higher up? maybe even cut the molding down the center and lengthen and repaint somehow? let me know your details cuz i was planning on getting 35's but am worried about the tight wells too.
To the Fritts question. My uncle is the internet and fleets sales manager there, and thats where I got my truck, that is why I was curious. Its kinda cool meeting people and finding out the bought from my uncle.
And as for RCD, I am the most impatient. I have been waiting a year, almost. I am the one who took those pics last year and broke the story on the internet. I have accidentally done their marketing for them and I am not sure if they love or hate me. I guess we'll find out when the kit is ready. Good thing I met good people on the inside.

I am impatient too. That is why I went with the superlift kit. I am just going to convert it this winter to a coilover in the front. Probably still end up costing about the same as the RCD kit when it is done, but I wanted the lift now!
Hey Taxx, have you experienced the same problems as Xploder has. He list things like sway bar connects, brake line, boot rubbing, etc. Have you gone wheeling with your lift. Has it performed well. What is your overall opinion with it.
The superlift sway bar links are JUNK! Do yourself a favour and go to a local 4x4 shop and have them fix you up with some longer ones with poly bushings, I think I got ones out of a trailmaster chevy kit.
Off roading the lift performs great. Even though the t-bars are still low, I rub them less now than I ever had. I have better approach and departure angles and it is great not having to drag my frame over obsticles, sure it still does, but on much larger obsticles that I would have gotten hung up on before. My 33s don't rub at all. Before with the BL and TT/Shackles I had rubbing. The other nice thing is I did an SOA in the rear so I don't rub my u-bolts anymore and the shackle is higher out of the way. Read through my write up and you will get some good info out of why I did things the way I did. I will try to update it with the pictures soon. Maybe even tonight!
xplodor, were you able to fit the 35's on but just need trimming for articulation? or do you even need to trim just to get them on? im curious if i could fit 35's easily for temporary street driving.
whats the backspacing on your 15x10's? also, hows your steering clearance?
With the 35s up front, it cleared the bumper, but not the rear when I turned, I took the molding off and it still rubbed metal. In the rear it looked like it was fine, but when I tucked mildly, it hit on both sides. Done forget, I have the Sport Group Package so my molding is 2" Thick. If I took off the molding in the rear I don't think it would rub.
xploder...do you think you will be selling your lift soon? or are you going to keep it? I know I saw another thread where you metioned selling it. Just a thought?
I'm awaiting a reply from another lift manufacturer about some R & D work. IF they agree I will be selling mine. I suspect it will be within the next two months before It is taken off. I've only made one run in it, and probably won't see any more action while its on. Let me just say I am enjoying this lift more and more as the bugs are being worked out. I took off the rear sway bar and it seems to be articulating well. =)
Xploder....well when you do take it off put me first in line for it! I am a sure buy..I have been looking at this lift for a good long time now and decided I better get a few more years out the truck before I put a solid axle up front.(although it will come eventually) I assume it will be better getting it from someone who has "worked the bugs out"!!!
