Sway Bar Link Bushings

:mad: Why do I keep chewing up these bushins this will be the third set this year! Is it because of the tt or am i doing some thing wrong on the install, Iput them on then tighin the nut till the busins mushroom a bit

honestly I do the same thing. i go through about 4 sets of endlinks per year just because of all the offroading that I do. I bought the autozone cheapies that have a lifetime warranty on them and I just go trade them in whenever they are toast. Takes me about 15 minutes now. Hmm this actually reminds me that I need to replace mine too lol
 






If you are lifted, you need longer end link sleeves/bolts. If you are lowered, then you need shorter. With the vehicle on level, even ground, and the suspension at ride height, the end link needs to be whatever length will put the end of the bar (the flat part the bushing rides in, parallel with the lower control arm.

mine use to get torn up or bust once or twice a year and i went out and bought the ones from autozone with a lifetime warrenty. and of course now they haven't broke:dunno:. but i'm not going to replace them the next time they break bc i want some extra flex
