I recently installed a new set of 2" coils on the front of my 92' explorer and since then have been trying to isolate a slight "bang" whenever I go over bumps. I finally traced it down to the sway bar connection or "joint" rubbiing the coil spring on the left front side. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, I assume it was incorrect installation of the spring as it appears to bulge a bit where it rubs the sway bar joint. Other than this issue, the coils along with new Rancho shocks has really improved the off-road handling of my explorer.
