Switching from fabric to leather seats

I took off the powered leather seats of the 96' Ford Exp and I want to put it in my 98' Ford Exp, which currently has fabric seats and has no power. I am wondering if I can take off the power stuff off the leather seats and install the manual on the leather seats from the fabric seats? If so, how can I do it? I don't want powered seats and do not want to get any wirings done. I am fine with moving the seats manually.

they should just bolt off the subframe and onto the new subframe... there's a bolt in each corner...
