Sync 3 apps youtube

Good morning, I am somewhat overwhelmed at all the features on this Sync 3. I had Sync 3 in my 2017 F150 XL, but it had much more limitations and options.
Can Youtube be played on this? I know when I plug in the cord on my Iphone 7 the carplay takes over and I can listen to Youtube but not view the videos except on my phone screen. This would be great to watch while waiting to pick up my wife.
Is it any different with Android phones?

I'm pretty sure videos are not possible, as it's a probably a huge liability issue for Ford to enable it.
