SYNC no longer playing incoming texts over the stereo

You guys that are having an issue with sms that quits working, I'm getting this same issue on my MFT in my Focus. I'm wondering if this issue is caused by remote starting. Do you use remote start?

No, mine was of a problem during the pairing process. If your answer "no" when asked if SYNC can access your messages, it locks out SYNC from playing back messages. Try re-pairing your phone.
