Sync Voice Destination POI Entry Issues

Hey guys. Finally got a chance to play with my new explorer a lot this weekend. Was testing out destination entry with voice activated Sync while driving. I was able to successfully navigate to the nearby POI screen where it lists categories and said to select one or say next or previous page. Saying next or previous did change the page successfully, however actually saying one of the categories was never recognized. It said what I was saying wasn't an option. Anyone experience this?

I'm glad to see you've gotten a chance to play with MyFord Touch! Are any of these the command structure you were following:

Get directions to a POI when you don't know the name
“Destination POI” | pause | follow prompts | pause | "Category" | pause | "<category>"
Ex.: "Destination POI" | pause | "Nearby" | pause | "Category" | pause | "Fuel station"


Get directions to a POI when you know the category
“Destination <POI category>” | pause | follow prompts
Ex.: "Destination fuel station" | pause | follow prompts


Get directions to nearest POI when you know the category
“Destination nearest <POI category>” | pause | follow prompts
Ex.: "Destination nearest fuel station" | pause | follow prompts

I can get to the POI Category screen. But it doesn't recognize the category. If I search by POI name it works, and if I give it other commands from that screen it works. Please review the video.

tell you too truth I find the sync navigation voice commands/recognition lacking, I get very frustrated with mine in my 2014 limited, I don`t even use the navigation anymore, I had 2011 F150 I had installed the pioneer NEX series with android auto, and that worked 100 times better, just push the button talk to it , no pauses or waiting on it to ask what`s next, I think ford needs to really think about putting Android Auto/Car play in there cars.
