I'm new to doing work on my truck, but money's tight & I'm fairly mechanically inclined. So, any help is much appreciated.

One Torx screw fell out of my Tailgate Window several months ago. It took a long time to figure out what the rattling was & why my wiper was missing a spot. After finding the problem, I looked online for the screw for a while before going to the dealership to by the screw for $18.
Now, it appears the other hinge is still intact, but pretty loose from the extra pressure.
When I open the window to put in the screw & washer, the window almost flies off from the hydraulics.

How do I go about this?

Two man job. One person hits the release, one holds the glass and walks it up into place, and continues to hold with the screw is put in place and the other one is tightened.

Sorry for the bump, but I did note that his wiper misses a spot. Did this or does this help with that issue? My back wiper misses all but a very small clip of the window, and it makes it very annoying in the rainy weather.

When I pop open the back window I do notice some give in the hinges, though I'm having a hard time determining where EXACTLY this is loose. I'm expecting the window itself. Although, My window struts are weak and only work in warm conditions (yeah I know, i should fix that too)
