Pick up a Hanes maunal at your local autoparts store. Really in depth about this. The cd changers sell good on ebay as long as you include the wiring harness. Takes about half an hour. In order, take out the cupholders (pull up right under the ac/heat controls), unhook the changer's wiring harness, armrest and bracket, change holder, little plastic thing above the change holder, black plastic inside of the armrest. screws should be to the side. There is one to the side of the changer that is easy to miss and hard to get too. Pull the entire thing out (cd changer and all), kinda got to wiggle it out. then there should be a few screws holding the cd changer in, and youre done!
P.S. while your in there, might want to tighten up all of the bronze colored bolts, especially if the center consol is a little loose.
