Sorry, I did not get the man's name. Before I could finish explaining that my '03 Sport XLT sounded like a bucket banging on a piece of metal due to worn out body mounts or cab isolators he said they were on it.
He explained that they were taking lots of heat by not having much coverage in newer model vehicles and in fact had the Explorer problem written up on the chalk board.
He explained that they needed an Explorer in this age group to work with and install some parts on. Sounded like he needs a test vehicle to tinker with for a couple of weeks or so.
I think these good people are in San Clemente, Ca. so, not geographically possible for them to have mine for a while.
