Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Tasca Parts to return something ordered?

I applied on their site five times in the past three weeks. No reply.

Their website says I must apply for a Return Authorization Number.

Their phone is disconnected "due to the COVID crisis"

Four emails have been ignored.

The "handy Chat feature" mentioned on their website is not there.

Anyone have any suggestions that have been successful for you. This is a $120 return, so I don't want to walk away from it.

The phone number doesn't work.

It hangs up on you. If you call the corporate number, and ask for the operator you are told that the Internet Parts Department's phones have been disconnected and that no phone is available for Internet Sales or service. You are also told that their Chat service has been disconnected because of COVID.

Then the operator will tell you that she "has no idea what you should do, so she'll put you through to Mrs. Tasca's voice mail". I've left eleven messages there. I'm now leaving a message every day.

I'm sorry to hear that. When I did a search for their phone number I saw a link to their BBB page. They have an F rating because they don't respond to complaints. :(

I would try the attorney generals office in the state they are located in.

Go to your order history on the site, and start your return from there. If that doesn't work, dispute the charge with your credit card or PayPal or... If you paid some other way...

Charge back on a credit card will get their attention. The emails and call log history is enough evidence you attempted to resolve this directly with them but are unable to. This also lets me know to never order from them.

You enter all the data and they are supposed to send you a Return Code within 72 hours. They say nothing can be returned without a Return Code. I've filled out the form 11 times, sent 16 emails, and called the president's office five times. They ignore them all. I will just back charge the credit card. Unfortunately American Express now has all customer service in Pakistan and they aren't accommodating as they used to be.

Amex customer service overseas doesnt sound too great... That sucks though, sorry you had to go through all that! Ugh.
