Just an update on breaker size. He ran The entire 2011 year using two 50 amp, self resetting breakers in parallel. The breakers have a buss bar between them. You seem them on older RVs and most auto parts stores carry them.
It never tripped last year but they do work. For a test I grounded the wire to the frame and it did pop.. Good enough for me..
