TB in SOHC?

Is it true that there is no TB made for the sohc model? i have a 97 sport, i read it somewhere dont know if its true or not just wondering.

they do have a throttle body spacer i know avail.
 






what is the spacer i have heard alot about them but do not know exactly what is is, is it worth purchasing what is involved in it?

Do a little internet research on TB Spacers before purchasing one. Some think they actually do something, most believe they are crap.

This is very true.

However, the ones who generally bad mouth them have never actually done comparason tests on their own SOHC truck.
 






The throttle body off a 2001 Ford Mustang is the same on the SOHC. I have a 75mm TB on my Explorer and it was a direct fit including throttle and cruise control cables. Just make sure you measure the inlet on the intake manifold to make sure the hole is big enough and that the TB opens and closes without sticking.
