Tbs 06 4.6?

Does anybody make a throttle body spacer for a 2006 Ford Explorer 4.6 v8 model? I have looked all over the internet and can't find one. I'm thinking there's gotta be one out there that works, but might not be on the manufacturer's application list. I already have a K&N cold air intake and Gibson exhaust and I'm thinking a throttle body spacer might add just a little bit more. PLZ HELP!

That's for the 2 valve only. Just as well, most here agree that TB spacers on fuel injected engines are worthless. Do a search.
