To certain people that Lincoln could be worth some bucks, since it's a LSC Speacial Edition. Is it a 91' or 92' and how many miles?

IMHO that model/year lincoln has a far smother ride than the 93 markVIII that I usually drive. Its like riding on a cloud I think I coulda gone over a curb and would not have even notice it. :D

1991 with 70k miles, truthfully, to me it rides like a brick ****house, overly sensitive steering and the airbag suspension has something to be desired

The LSC ride is a bit harsh compared to the standard model or the Bill Blass. But, I enjoyed every minute of owning my 90' LSC. I miss that car very much. I sometimes borrow my friends 95' Mark VIII. In the power department, Mark VIII all the way. Looks by far go to the Mark VII. It has a sort of muscle car look to it. It was also Americas first luxury sports coupe, and the first American car to have those type of headlights. Plus, it's not hard to bump the VII's 225hp to match the VIII's 280 hp (290hp for LSC).

Wow. Your got your first offroad damage in your driveway, that's quite a feat! ;)

As for the towtruck thing... I drove one for 3 years, snapped the winch cable twice- once when I had my 8 ton wrecker buried in sand on the Jersey shore and was being pulled out by an AUtocar that couldn't quite reach me and once when I tried to pull a Ram 2500 up the wrong way. I never had the winch just fail like that though.

The mark VII I drove was non air ride. And the steering was a bit sensitive at speed but that was due to a sticking valve on the V.A.S. and was easily fixed. Then it handled like a tuna boat. haha and yet I think it is a bad ass vehicle. My friend just bought a 63 lincoln town car and that thing is a friggin tank.
Sorry this thread is gettong OT so by the way whats the news with the tow company?

GEICO finally showed up after 2 weeks to ***** the truck damage, to the tune of $634 for the door

and as for geico, corp office called me up and appologized for the 2 week mystery of where the adjuster was suppose to come out, so even thought it was bad, they made sure it was good in the end
